1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tesla Coil Audio Driver ("the App") at teslacoil.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App generates audio signals intended to drive Tesla coil interrupters. It also provides games, tools, community features, and optional paid products. The App is provided as a progressive web application (PWA).
3. Safety Disclaimer
Tesla coils produce dangerous high voltage that can cause serious injury or death. You use the App and any generated audio signals entirely at your own risk. We provide no warranty that the signals are safe for any particular interrupter or coil configuration. Always follow proper safety procedures, maintain safe distances, and never operate near people with pacemakers or other medical implants.
4. User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (e.g. sequences, profiles). By sharing content publicly through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the App. You may delete your shared content at any time.
6. Purchases
Paid products (e.g. shop items, donations) are processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, sound library, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
